The cost of shipping will be shown as a separate amount on your receipt, and is non-refundable if you decide to return the work for any other reason besides it being damaged. We accept payments on the website using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo. Payments by cheque are accepted but the artwork will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. The artwork will be reserved until this time but will be released for sale again if the cheque fails to clear. All U.K. deliveries are made using Parcel Force 48. All deliveries within Europe are dispatched through parcel force Euro 48. Worldwide deliveries are handled through Parcel force international.
Within seven days a purchaser must decide whether or not to keep the artwork. If for any reason you decide not to keep the artwork the purchaser can return the artwork with a full refund. This does not include the cost of shipping The customer is solely responsible for the cost and the safe return of any artwork requested by them.Cancellation must be made by email to
info@eyeswideart.com promptly so no charge is processed, or up to the time of printing or distribution.
In the event of cancellation of an order for any reason, no charge will be levied up until the time of printing the artwork, and a full refund will be made. In the event of non satisfaction of your purchase The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork and ensuring its safety until it is received by eyeswideart.com. It is advised to leave the artwork in the packaging it was sent in unless for some reason this is not possible, or the packaging is damaged.
Any goods which are received by the customer which are found to be damaged can be returned to eyeswideart.com for a full refund. Including all postage and packaging costs. It is the.
